• Refunds are only available at our discretion and typically not offered after work has begun.

4. Intellectual Property

All site templates, designs, and underlying code remain the property of Moment Mosaics. Clients may not resell, duplicate, or redistribute templates without permission.

5. Website Hosting & Duration

• Websites will be hosted for the agreed period (e.g., 1 year), with optional renewals.

• We reserve the right to remove websites if hosting fees are unpaid or Terms are violated.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical issues

• Loss of content due to user error or third-party actions

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity. You may request site removal at any time.
